I have been disposing of landlord and occupiers’ surplus space for over 25 years.

I have acted for such distinguished landlords as Derwent London, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, BMO, Pollen Estate, Stenham Property in addition to numerous private family offices.

In terms of occupiers, I have managed the office exit strategies of Kate Spade, Portland Resourcing, British Ballet, DACS, Aquent, Weatherford UK, Inflexion PLC, Ross & Craig solicitors and Keppel Corporation amongst many others.

I pride myself in negotiating terms rather than simply brokering a deal. I undertake a considerable amount of research as to the appropriate rental level that should be achieved before setting any quoting rent. Due to my activity in the market I am fully aware at all times as to the size and quantum of any incentive package such as rent free/capital contributions/premiums. In addition I not only concern myself with the high level financials but also the risk management and opportunities to add value over the life of the lease, for example: the rent review, the dilapidations, the use clause and the alienation provisions.
