I combine personal service, intelligent strategies and expert market knowledge to partner with you through the complex process of acquiring or disposing of your London office.

Almost all my work is obtained through recommendation. I believe in professional and practical property advice of the highest quality in a commercial context.

I establish relationships with my clients that go beyond a particular transaction to deliver enduring value. Good communication is essential and as such I listen closely to deliver the optimum solution. I genuinely love to learn about my clients’ businesses and what makes them tick – this is why I am not a broker.

Track record


I am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and I share their belief in delivering the highest professional standards. I have been practising in the commercial property arena for over 25 years having been both client and adviser in equal measure.

For many years I was an asset manager at London Merchant Securities Plc where I was responsible for their 6,000 acre estate in Scotland and latterly their substantial London West End office portfolio. As a result I have first-hand experience of not only what makes landlords tick but also what clients expect.

Following this I was a founding member and managing partner of a West End office agency, helping it climb to and retain a top ten CoStar ranking.

I am increasingly recognised for my acquisition work with occupiers in the fashion and luxury goods sectors, working with the likes of Bjorn Borg, L’Occitane, Kate Spade, ToyWatch and Kit & Ace.

I am also particularly focused on the charity sector having acted for World Cancer Research Fund, The Place2Be, British Ballet Organization, RNLI and The Royal College of General Practitioners.

I am retained to provide advice on property strategy to many of my clients at boardroom level and my discretion can be relied upon.
